The Field Museum
The Field Museum was founded to house the biological and anthropological collections assembled for the World's Columbian Exposition of 1893. The Field is the current home to Sue the famous T. Rex and the Lions of Tsavo as well as an extensive anthropological collection.
Adler Planetarium
The Adler was the first planetarium built in the Western hemisphere and contains astronomical artifacts and instruments dating back to 12th century Persia. Provides one of the best panoramic views of Chicago's fabulous skyline!
Grant Park
This centerpiece of our Segway tour is 319 acres of beautifully manicured green space, gardens and public sculptures. Chicago's "front yard" includes Buckingham Fountain as its central focal point. Grant Park is also home to Butler Field which hosts The Blues Fest, Jazz Fest and Lollapalooza annually.
Millennium Park
Just a short walk from our office is Chicago's newest gem, featuring the Pritzker Pavillion, the cascading waters of the Crown Fountain towers and the famous Cloud Gate sculpture affectionately nicknamed "The Bean" by locals and visitors alike.
Shedd Aquarium and Oceanarium
Opened to the public in December 1929, at the time it was the world's largest inland aquarium. One of the first animals to arrive is currently its oldest resident: Grandad, an African Lungfish acquired in 1933.
Soldier Field
Soldier Field is the current home to the Chicago Bears who moved in 1970 from their original home at Wrigley Field. Originally built in 1924 as a dedication to fallen war veterans, Soldier Field underwent a $600 million renovation in 2003 and is now a staple of Chicago's magnificent skyline.

Important Segway Tour Notes
Each of our Chicago Segway tours begins with a 30 minute orientation session. We will practice on the Segways until everyone feels comfortable and is ready to conquer Chicago. The Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone 12 and older that weighs 100 pounds or more. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to ride. Unfortunately, pregnant women will not be permitted to participate.
